Indicative rates for removals, transport, warehousing and rubbish removal. Every job is quoted fixed-price in writing — no hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice.
How our pricing works
One pricing approach, four services
We bill the way each service is actually delivered — hourly for moves, per-km or per-pallet for freight, weekly for storage, and volume-based for rubbish. Every job is confirmed with a written, all-in price before we start.
Removals
Hourly (truck + crew) for local. Fixed price for interstate dedicated; per-job for backloading.
Transport & freight
Hourly metro, per-km or per-pallet interstate. Per-job for couriers.
Warehousing
Weekly per pallet, per m³ or per container. Per-order for 3PL pick & pack.
Rubbish removal
Volume-based — pay by truck-load (small, medium, large or tipper).
Furniture removals & relocations
Local Melbourne moves & interstate relocations
Local moves are hourly. Interstate is either a dedicated truck or shared backloading — the latter saves 30–50%.
Local — 4T + 2 crew
from $140/hr
Studio / 1-bed move. 2-hour minimum. Wrapping, blankets and trolleys included.
Local — 8T + 2 crew
from $160/hr
Most common 2–3 bedroom Melbourne move. 2-hour minimum.
Local — 10T + 2 crew
from $190/hr
4+ bedroom homes and larger loads. 3-hour minimum.
Interstate — Dedicated
Quoted per move
Your truck only, direct door-to-door. Up to $50k transit insurance included.
Interstate — Backloading
Save 30–50%
Shared truck on a scheduled run. Wider pickup & delivery windows.
Packing & materials
from $55/hr
Full or partial packing on request. Crate hire and packing materials sold at cost.
Transport & logistics
Freight, courier & corporate transport
From a single CBD courier run to scheduled interstate freight runs. Hourly, per-km or per-pallet — whichever fits the job.
Van / 4T courier
from $120/hr
Single van + driver. CBD couriers, hot-shot deliveries (1-hour minimum).
8T pantech + 2 crew
from $180/hr
Standard freight and office moves. Blankets, straps and trolleys included.
10T + project crew
from $260/hr
Large corporate moves and project freight. Site supervisor on request.
Interstate freight
from $1.85/km
Direct runs MEL ↔ SYD / BNE / ADL / CBR. Backloading available.
Per pallet (metro)
from $38/pallet
Palletised freight tail-lift pickup & delivery across Melbourne metro.
After-hours surcharge
+15–25%
Weekends, public holidays and overnight runs.
Warehousing & storage
Storage, 3PL & receiving
Weekly billing, no lock-in. Per pallet, per m³, per container or per order — whatever matches how you store.

Standard racked pallet position. Bulk rates for 50+ pallets.
Per m³ storage
from $14/m³/wk
Non-palletised or unusually-shaped goods. Wrapping included if needed.
20ft container storage

Includes pick, pack, packaging materials and same-day courier handover.

Rubbish removal
Household, commercial & construction clearouts
Pay for the volume you fill — no skip-bin fees, we carry and load. Tipper loads for renovation and construction debris.
Small load
from $180
Up to ~6m³. Small cleanout or single bulky item.
Medium load
from $340
A full single garage. Old lounge suites, mattresses and boxes.
Large load
from $580
Full house cleanout or large yard. Two-person crew and full truck.
Office strip-out
from $480
Small office strip — desks, chairs, cabinets. Half-truck load.
Half tipper (construction)
from $380
Up to ~3 tonnes of clean rubble or mixed site waste.
Full tipper (construction)

Full 6-tonne tipper run — bricks, timber, renovation debris.

From enquiry to invoice — four simple steps
The same flow whether you're moving a studio, shipping a pallet to Sydney or clearing out an office tenancy.
1. Tell us the job
Quick form, photos, room list or pallet count — whatever you have.
2. Fixed-price quote
Back the same day with a written, all-in price. No surprises later.
3. Schedule & confirm
Lock in the date, crew and truck. We send a confirmation with a window and contact.
4. Job done, invoice
Sign-off on the day. Tax invoice issued same day, payable by EFT or card.
What affects your price
The variables we factor in
Most quotes come down to volume, distance, access and time. The list below covers the main things our quoting team asks about.
- Distance between pickup and drop-off
- Access — stairs, lift bookings, narrow driveways or long carries
- Day of week & time of day (weekend/after-hours surcharges)
- Volume of goods or m³ / pallet count
- Packing materials, crate hire and protection required
- Disassembly / reassembly of furniture or workstations
- Special handling — pianos, safes, art, gym gear, machinery
- Insurance level requested (standard transit vs full-cover)

- Two-person crew on every furniture or rubbish job
- Blankets, straps, trolleys, plastic wrap and tool kit
- GST and fuel — no surprise add-ons
- $20M public liability + standard transit cover
- Fixed-price quote in writing before any work begins
- Broom-sweep clean-up on rubbish & end-of-lease jobs
